About Cookimoki
The recipe should be easy to find—and easy to trust
What we are building
We are creating a worldwide recipe collection organized by cuisine. The first clusters focus on Pakistani and Iranian food, with depth in Pakistani cooking before broader expansion.
Cultural background still matters. We place it after the practical cooking guidance so readers can start cooking first and learn more when they choose.
What readers can expect
Every recipe follows a consistent structure: exact quantities, preparation and cooking time, numbered instructions, troubleshooting, substitutions, dietary and allergen notes, storage guidance, and a printable recipe card.
Development recipes are clearly marked as awaiting a kitchen test. We do not describe a recipe as tested until that work is complete and recorded. Read the full editorial and testing methodology.
Who writes Cookimoki
Recipes and guides are currently prepared by the Cookimoki Editorial Team. Individual contributors and testers will be named when their work is published; we do not invent credentials or anonymous expert claims.
