Accountability
Photography and corrections policy
Credits should be visible, testing claims should be verifiable, and mistakes should be corrected without quietly hiding material changes.

Photography standards
- Use original photography or images with a documented license or permission.
- Credit the photographer and source when the license or agreement requires it.
- Do not imply that a reference image proves a development recipe was kitchen-tested.
- Do not materially alter a food image in a way that misrepresents the expected result.
Current development images use credited third-party sources. Their credit and license are shown with the image or on the relevant page.
Rights and attribution enquiries
If you own an image or believe a credit or license is wrong, email hello@cookimoki.com with the page URL, image URL, and evidence of ownership or the applicable license. We will investigate and may temporarily remove an image while a credible claim is reviewed.
How corrections work
- Minor: spelling, formatting, or clarity fixes that do not change the cooking result are corrected directly.
- Material: ingredient quantities, timings, safety guidance, allergen information, cultural claims, or testing status are reviewed and update the page date.
- Retest required: a credible report that could change the result sends the recipe back to testing before a definitive fix is published.
Serious safety or rights issues take priority. A recipe may be temporarily unpublished when leaving it visible could mislead or harm readers.
